At FightGearDeals.com, we stand behind our combat gear like champions stand behind their training. If your equipment doesn’t meet your fighting standards, we’ll make it right. Below is our 15-round policy for returns and exchanges.

1. THE RETURN & EXCHANGE RULES OF THE RING

  • Time Limit: 15 days from delivery date to initiate your return
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof: Include your original packing slip or order confirmation
  • Exceptions: Custom gear, clearance items, and protective equipment marked “Final Sale” (see section 6)

Champions Note:

For hygiene reasons, all mouthguards, groin protectors, and hand wraps are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.

2. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS

Round 1: Contact Our Corner Team

Email [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) requesting to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want refund or exchange

Round 2: Receive Your RMA (Return Authorization)

Within 24-48 hours, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number
  • Prepaid return label (if return is our error)
  • Instructions for repackaging

Round 3: Ship It Back

Pack items securely using original packaging. Include the completed form below. Ship to:

3. REFUND TIMING & METHODS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline:
    • Credit Cards: 5-10 business days
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Training Tip:

Exchanges for different sizes/colors ship immediately if inventory allows. We’ll email tracking information within 24 hours of approval.

5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
  • Refunds exclude original shipping charges

6. FINAL ROUND: NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

These products can’t return to our inventory after leaving the warehouse:

  • All protective gear marked “Final Sale”
  • Custom fight gear (personalized gloves, embroidery)
  • Clearance items with prices ending in .97 or .99
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (mouthguards, groin protectors, hand wraps)
